Shipping Information

Standard shipments are made through FedEx Ground (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). FedEx Ground Residential Delivery is delivered Tuesday – Saturday. FedEx Ground Business Delivery is delivered Monday – Friday. Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern time will normally be shipped on the same day, otherwise within 24 hours. Orders placed Monday – Thursday normally ships within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday normally ships on Monday.

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping cost is calculated automatically by FedEx based on the weight of the package and the distance to its destination. All orders shipped within the continental United States are shipped via FedEx Ground and are insured. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Six Dollars Discount shipping is available for subtotal orders that exceed $95.00. These orders are discounted if shipped within the continental U.S. ONLY, and will ONLY be shipped Standard FedEx Ground, EXCLUDES express shipping, and EXCLUDES shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, International, PO Boxes, APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Other restrictions may apply.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are sent using our United States Postal Service. You may choose Priority Mail – 3 to 5 business days or Parcel Post – 10 business days. You may also request FedEx Express delivery – 3 to 7 business days.

International Shipping:

International orders are sent United States Postal Service Priority Mail – 6 to 10 business days. Call 732-952-3651 for price quote.

Partial Shipments

We do not partial ship. If there are any backorders due to unforeseen events, we will apologize in advance and contact you as soon as possible for your further instructions.

Address Corrections

Corrections after the item has shipped will incur a $10 cost. You must contact Puzzles And Beyond, LLC customer service at 732-952-3651 first, and then send an email with the address correction requested. We require the new address in writing before changes. PuzzlesAndBeyond.com customer service will ask for your credit card information to process the $10 address change charge. The $10 charge is a direct cost charged to us from the major shipping carriers for in transit address corrections. If the item has not shipped, your corrections will be done at no extra charge.
