Return Policy for Quality Jigsaw Puzzles

30 Day Return Policy

All Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. Please call us at 732-952-3651 or email us.

Please write the RA# on the back of your original invoice along with a brief description of the reason for the return. Also please include whether you want a refund or credit towards another order. Note: Refunds will be refunded by check less shipping cost; due to security reasons we do not store your credit card information.

When shipping the item back send it PREPAID through the United States Postal Service. We recommend that you fully insure the item to help guarantee delivery. Ship the item the cheapest way possible, usually the USPS. We Recommend That You Do Not Ship It Back Using A Courier.

All Blowout Sale items and Scratch And Dent items are FINAL SALE.


Items returned must be in new, unopened condition in order to receive full credit. Items purchased and then used (even once) are not returnable. Packaging must be a secure package, in preventing damage to item(s). Do not use any type of paper wrapping or bubble wrapped envelopes to send back your item, any damage to the package would be greatly increased and may affect your Return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items from our Scratch And Dent Collection  and Blowout Sale are FINAL SALE.

Orders placed with discounted or free shipping when returned are subject to the original shipping charge minus the discounted shipping cost already paid.

Once the item is received, inspected,and approved we will issue a refund or credit, as per your request.

If the item was received damaged:

Please contact us immediately at 732-952-3651. The merchandise must be held in its original packaging. A damage claim will be filed, and your item(s) will be replaced as soon as possible. Please note we will determine the best cause of action. Puzzles labeled "Scratch and Dent" are final sale and non-returnable.

If you have a problem with your order:

Please contact us immediately, whether it's a missing an item or accidently received the wrong item at 732-952-3651. 

If the item purchased was defective:

We carry only quality products from reputable manufacturers, but unfortunately defects are possible. If defective, please contact the manufacturer.
